The Cat in the Hat tells this story following Horton the elephant as he discovers a tiny world on a speck of dust, home to the Whos, including Jojo, a child with a big imagination. While protecting the Whos from disbelief and danger, Horton also cares for an abandoned egg left by Mayzie La Bird. Despite ridicule, trials, and hardships, his loyal friend Gertrude McFuzz stands by him. In the end, friendship, loyalty, and community triumph in this heartwarming tale. Presented by the Zig Youth

What are your ticket and Show Pass prices?As of January 2025, our standard ticket prices for mainstage shows are Adult: $26.95 Senior: $24.95 Child (15 and under): $24.95 Student: $24.95 With Season Passes your options include: Z Club Subscription - Enjoy ALL of our Main Stage and Youth Theater productions. Z Club Subscriptions are good for 2 tickets each to all productions. One-time payment of $1000 $83.33 a month (Purchase options available at checkout) Show Pass* - Enjoy 7 productions with the Ziegfeld Theater. No matter what time of year you purchase the pass you get 7 tickets. 1 ticket per production per pass from the date of purchase. Are Show Passes/Z Club tickets and memberships transferable or refundable?Show Pass Tickets are transferable but are not refundable. Please call 855-ZIG-ARTS for assistance.

Can I get a refund?With ticket purchases and show passes, we have a NO REFUND policy. In place of a refund, we are more than happy to transfer your tickets to a future show, to another patron, or provide an account credit for a future visit to The Ziegfeld Theater. If you wish to exchange your tickets, call the box office at 855-944-2787 during our business hours.

Can I exchange my Show Pass tickets?Yes. Your Show Pass tickets are exchangeable. Certain exclusions may apply. Please call our box office for assistance at 855-ZIG-ARTS.

How do I use my Show Pass or Z Club Tickets?How to Use Your Show Pass: Sign into the ticketing system using your email. If you don’t have a password, click “Reset Password” (be sure to check your junk folder for the reset email if you don't see it in your inbox). Select your tickets as if purchasing normally. Then, check the boxes under “Flex Pass” to apply your pass and remove the ticket cost based on the pass you purchased (One to four people) . Complete checkout to finalize your reservation.
